She is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Ginnie began her career in the title industry in 2005. Jennifer Ramirez was born in La Cebia Honduras where her mother met her father while doing mission work. She was raised in the DFW area and moved to East Texas in 2016. Jennifer spent many years working for a predominant home builder in the Dallas area. She started her career in title in 2009. She enjoys working with the wide variety of clients she meets and takes great pride in finding solutions to complex situations. Jennifer is well equipped to handle everything during the escrow process from the day escrow is opened until the day it closes. Her outgoing personality and eagerness to help customers make for a great combination to surpass the expectations of clients.

MiguelAngel Cabrera has lived in several states, including California and Arizona. His family visited Tyler in 2018 and immediately knew it was the perfect place to call home, so they moved and have loved every moment. Miguel has been in the escrow industry since 2002. He is bilingual and wants to ensure that your Spanish speaking clients have a clear understanding of their closing. Miguel enjoys meeting new people, building strong professional relationships, and serving clients to ensure they have a great closing experience.

Carleigh Bynum grew up in Birmingham Alabama and graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Textiles Merchandising and a minor in Sales. Although Alabama was her home for 25 years, she always loved visiting her family in Texas, and felt that eventually she would call it home. After moving to Tyler in 2021, she began planting roots by starting her career in real estate, making friends, and meeting her husband. Carleigh has over 6 years of sales and marketing experience, 4 years of management experience, 2 years of real estate experience, and is looking forward to growing in the community as well as growing with Tarry Title where she hopes to help make your closing experience a positive one!
