President & Chief Executive Officer

Micah is a proud fourth-generation East Texan who is active in his community. He received his Bachelor's in Psychology and Master of Social Work with a specialization in economic development from Baylor University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is partner at the law firm Tarry & Hene, PLLC, specializing in real estate and business law, and is Partner at Confluence Exchange, LLC, specializing in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Micah is active in his community by currently serving as a Director of the Smith County Bar Foundation, a Director of the Camp Tyler Foundation, and as a Board Member on the Airport Advisory Board for the City of Tyler. In the past, he served as Chairman of the Smith County Appraisal Review Board, President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Smith County Bar Association, and as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Micah was a member of Leadership Tyler Class 29 and has served on its Selections Committee.

Stephanie Shirley has over 30 years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, insurance, and real estate, offering a well-rounded perspective that strengthens every transaction. Her extensive background in these fields and community involvement uniquely position her to lead marketing and public relations efforts at Tarry Title, while also serving as a Licensed Escrow Officer guiding clients through smooth and secure closings. Stephanie leverages her deep industry knowledge and strong local ties to build trusted relationships and promote exceptional service throughout real estate transactions. She is a Licensed Escrow Officer, NMLS-licensed mortgage professional, and a licensed Independent Insurance Agent in Texas, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from multiple angles.

Laura West is a Dallas native who moved to the East Texas area in 2022.
