Noelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2019. She is known for her attention to detail, analytical approach, and commitment to delivering accurate and timely title work. Her ability to identify potential curative matters and communicate them effectively helps facilitate efficient resolutions, minimizing delays and reducing risk for all parties involved.

Keith Busby serves as a Policy Processor & Auditor, bringing more than 27 years of experience in the real estate and title industries. His extensive background includes legal, title, escrow, compliance, and auditing roles, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the title and closing process.
Prior to joining the title industry, Keith spent 17 years as a legal assistant handling real estate transactions, title curative matters, document preparation, and closings. He later expanded his expertise as an Escrow Officer, gaining experience in title abstracting and examination, commitment production, policy preparation, accounting, auditing, and compliance with the Texas Department of Insurance.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Keith plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring quality throughout the title process. His broad industry knowledge and dedication to service help ensure smooth transactions and successful outcomes for clients and business partners.
