Jennifer Ramirez was born in La Cebia Honduras where her mother met her father while doing mission work. She was raised in the DFW area and moved to East Texas in 2016. Jennifer spent many years working for a predominant home builder in the Dallas area. She started her career in title in 2009. She enjoys working with the wide variety of clients she meets and takes great pride in finding solutions to complex situations. Jennifer is well equipped to handle everything during the escrow process from the day escrow is opened until the day it closes. Her outgoing personality and eagerness to help customers make for a great combination to surpass the expectations of clients.

Policy Processor & Auditor

Keith is an East Texas native, and has lived around the Cedar Creek Lake area most of his life. He brings 27 years of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry to Tarry Title. He worked for 17 years as a legal assistant handling primarily real estate transactions, including curing title issues, document preparation, and closings. Subsequently, Keith has worked for 10 years as an Escrow Officer performing various roles, including title abstracting and examination, commitment production, policy preparation, curative matters, auditing, accounting, and TDI compliance. He knows that customers should be the primary focus of this business and he strives to provide them with an excellent experience.
