Jennifer Ramirez was born in La Cebia Honduras where her mother met her father while doing mission work. She was raised in the DFW area and moved to East Texas in 2016. Jennifer spent many years working for a predominant home builder in the Dallas area. She started her career in title in 2009. She enjoys working with the wide variety of clients she meets and takes great pride in finding solutions to complex situations. Jennifer is well equipped to handle everything during the escrow process from the day escrow is opened until the day it closes. Her outgoing personality and eagerness to help customers make for a great combination to surpass the expectations of clients.

Sebastian Boulden serves as an Escrow Assistant in Tarry Title's Athens office, bringing a diverse professional background in insurance, client service, and transaction support. Prior to joining the title industry, Sebastian worked as a licensed insurance agent and served in law enforcement, experiences that helped him develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving others.

Known for his professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving abilities, Sebastian is dedicated to providing dependable support throughout the closing process. He takes pride in assisting clients, agents, lenders, and team members, ensure transactions move forward smoothly and efficiently from contract to closing.
