Micah John Tarry
President & Chief Executive Officer
Micah is a proud fourth-generation East Texan who is active in his community. He received his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master of Social Work with a specialization in economic development from Baylor University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a partner at the law firm Tarry & Hene, PLLC, specializing in real estate and business law, and is Partner at Confluence Exchange, LLC, specializing in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Micah is active in his community by currently serving as a Director of the Smith County Bar Foundation, a Director of the Camp Tyler Foundation, and as a Board Member on the Airport Advisory Board for the City of Tyler. In the past, he served as Chairman of the Smith County Appraisal Review Board, President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Smith County Bar Association, and as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Micah was a member of Leadership Tyler Class 29 and has served on its Selections Committee.
Stephanie Shirley

Stephanie Shirley has over 30 years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, insurance, and real estate, offering a well-rounded perspective that strengthens every transaction. Her extensive background in these fields and community involvement uniquely position her to lead marketing and public relations efforts at Tarry Title, while also serving as a Licensed Escrow Officer guiding clients through smooth and secure closings. Stephanie leverages her deep industry knowledge and strong local ties to build trusted relationships and promote exceptional service throughout real estate transactions. She is a Licensed Escrow Officer, NMLS-licensed mortgage professional, and a licensed Independent Insurance Agent in Texas, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from multiple angles.

Ginnie Baldridge

Ginnie Baldridge is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to East Texas her freshman year of high school. She is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ginnie began her career in the title industry in 2005. She seeks to deliver a smooth and positive experience for her clients. Her clear communication, warm personality, and industry knowledge allow her to do that. Ginnie brings energy and expertise to every transaction and wants all parties to walk away knowing they received exceptional service.
Jennifer Ramirez

Jennifer Ramirez was born in La Ceiba, Honduras where her mother met her father while doing mission work. She was raised in the DFW area and moved to East Texas in 2016. Jennifer spent many years working for a prominent home builder in the Dallas area. She started her career in title in 2009. She enjoys working with the wide variety of clients she meets and takes great pride in finding solutions to complex situations. Jennifer is well equipped to handle everything during the escrow process from the day escrow is opened until the day it closes. Her outgoing personality and eagerness to help customers make for a great combination to surpass the expectations of clients.
MiguelAngel Cabrera

MiguelAngel Cabrera has lived in several states, including California and Arizona. His family visited Tyler in 2018 and immediately knew it was the perfect place to call home, so they moved and have loved every moment. Miguel has been in the escrow industry since 2002. He is bilingual and wants to ensure that your Spanish speaking clients have a clear understanding of their closing. Miguel enjoys meeting new people, building strong professional relationships, and serving clients to ensure they have a great closing experience.
Carleigh Bynum

Carleigh Bynum grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Textiles Merchandising and a minor in Sales. Although Alabama was her home for 25 years, she always loved visiting her family in Texas, and felt that eventually she would call it home. After moving to Tyler in 2021, she began planting roots by starting her career in real estate, making friends, and meeting her husband. Carleigh has over 6 years of sales and marketing experience, 4 years of management experience, 2 years of real estate experience, and is looking forward to growing in the community as well as growing with Tarry Title where she hopes to help make your closing experience a positive one!

Rebecca Thompson brings nearly 30 years of experience in the title industry to Tarry Title’s Tyler office. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of areas, including title operations, legal support, document preparation, recording, claims coordination, post-closing, and transaction processing, which has given her extensive knowledge of the closing process from beginning to end.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality service, Rebecca takes pride in helping transactions move smoothly and efficiently. Her experience across multiple facets of the industry allows her to provide knowledgeable support and help ensure that clients, lenders, and real estate professionals receive the high level of service they expect throughout the closing process.

Roxana Lara currently resides in Tyler where she and her husband are raising their two children. Roxana has over 5 years of experience with the mortgage industry, contract processing and customer service. She is bilingual and looks forward to helping your Spanish speaking clients understand the closing process. Carol Walker is a Texas native and has resided in many East Texas towns but now calls Alba, TX home. She has been in the title insurance industry for over 30 years and has gained knowledge within multiple facets of real estate through her work as an Escrow Officer. Natalie Mullins Lowry has lived in several areas of the United States, but she fell in love with Lindale where she now lives with her husband and son. Prior to Tarry Title, she acquired 5 years of retail banking experience at banks/credit unions in East Texas, as well as mortgage lending, and sales/operations experience. She made the transition into the title industry to ensure a timely manner of customer service. She strives to always be her best for her customers and is determined to make the closing process an all-around great experience for everyone involved.

Larina Pena Mauer brings more than 33 years of experience in the title, mortgage, and financial services industries to her role as Escrow Officer at Tarry Title’s Mineola office. She began her career in lending, finance, and mortgage services before transitioning to the title industry, where she has built a strong reputation for professionalism, transparency, and client care.
With extensive experience in escrow management, title curative resolution, loan processing, compliance, and closing coordination, Larina is known for managing complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
